Shipping & Delivery

Mr Goat ships to the destinations that are available at checkout. Available destinations, shipping methods, charges, and estimated delivery dates are shown after a complete shipping address is entered. If no shipping option appears for an address, we are not currently able to ship that order to that destination.

Order processing

Orders are prepared after payment is confirmed. Processing may take longer during product drops, high-volume periods, weekends, or holidays. Any delivery estimate shown at checkout begins after the order has been fulfilled and is an estimate, not a guarantee.

International orders

International shipments may be subject to customs review, duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country or carrier. When duties or taxes are collected in advance, they will be displayed at checkout. If they are not displayed and collected at checkout, the recipient may be required to pay them directly to the carrier or local authority before delivery. Mr Goat does not control customs decisions or local charges.

Customers are responsible for providing any information required by the destination country and for complying with local import restrictions. Customs processing can extend delivery time.

Tracking

When an order ships, tracking details are sent to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking activity can take time to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Shipping address

Please review the recipient name, address, postal code, telephone number, and email before placing an order. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order is submitted. Additional shipping charges caused by an incomplete or incorrect address may apply.

Delays, loss, or damage

Carrier and customs delays can occur after dispatch. If a package arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or cannot be located, contact mr.goatwear@gmail.com as soon as possible with the order number and relevant details. We will review the case under our Returns & Refunds Policy and any rights provided by applicable law.

Store pickup

If store pickup is offered at checkout, wait for the pickup-ready notification before traveling to our Vega Baja location. Bring the order confirmation when collecting the order.
